Bought a new Cadillac ATS We went to Paradise Chevrolet and Cadillac to look at and drive some of the new cars that peaked our interest. We met Thad Epting when we started looking at a Cadillac ATS. From the start he gave us the impression he was there to answer any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of our questions. He gave us a great deal on the ATS and we ended up purchasing the car. Throughout the purchasing process he clearly explained each step and gave us some helpful hints along the way. Matt Mincio walked us through the finance portion of the purchase. He put us at ease during this phase and made sure we understood all of the documents we were signing. This was a excellent purchase experience. Thad and Matt did an outstanding job making sure the process was smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Sweetest Painless Deal.. My wife and I were at the Nissan dealership just to look at cars and we left there in a hurry after being pressured to buy something we did not like o My wife and I were at the Nissan dealership just to look at cars and we left there in a hurry after being pressured to buy something we did not like or want. We decided to go to Paradise Cadillac to see if they have any used SRX and we were greeted by Hal who then introduced us to Alphonzo. He showed us several used Cadillac SRX (what the wife had been wanting) and test drove it. He gave us options on what we can do and never pressured us to buy anything. He got his manager (Ely) who gave us a sweeter deal with no "if's". We told them we had to head home first and Ely said the offer still stands if we decide to come back. We did not feel like prisoners as some dealership would have done - tried to keep you there (Nissan). We returned shortly (could not pass up a great deal) and got the paperwork started. Alphonzo made sure the car was topped off with fuel and cleaned. We purchased a 2012 SRX - sweetest painless deal ever.... Wife is happy...and so am I..... More
