More than I expected I purchased a 2013 Malibu. I usually hate going to dealerships, they tend to make me feel uncomfortable and pressured to buy what they need to sale, n I purchased a 2013 Malibu. I usually hate going to dealerships, they tend to make me feel uncomfortable and pressured to buy what they need to sale, not what I want to have. Well, when my husband and I arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome by Roy. I'm not going to lye, as he was walking towards us I whispered to my husband, "Here we go, get ready to be attacked by sharks" Yeah that didn't happen, he was approachable, honest, and very friendly, he also gave us our space when we needed it to make a decision. The process was very quick and easy, we knew what we wanted and left with exactly what we pictured. When we got home I noticed a missing floor mat. I called rob after hours and he returned my call with in the next 10 mins. Then the next morning i received a call from a gentleman name Diego who has set up an appointment with me to help resolve some issues. I ABSOLUTELY recommend with dealership to anyone! Denny is AWESOME!!! I was in the market for a newer car as we were down to one car that was starting to have some issues. We are a single income family with a son in coll I was in the market for a newer car as we were down to one car that was starting to have some issues. We are a single income family with a son in college, so money was definitely an issue. I didn't have a lot of money towards a down payment, and was a bit worried that I wouldn't qualify on my own. Not only did Steve Burchfield and Denny Crawford work with me, they went above and beyond! Steve was able to get me qualified for two cars!!! I could now get a newer car for me and trade in my old car and replace it with a truck for my husband! I was surprised and blown away at their level of commitment and willingness to help. Most of the process took place via the internet, with emails being exchanged. It was the easiest process I have ever experienced in regards to buying a car...two cars!! When I went in to the dealership, both Steve and Denny met me and went over the paperwork with me. Denny took me out to test drive both the 2013 Equinox and the 2012 Colorado. WOW!! These cars were awesome! While I was so happy with my purchases, I must say that Denny was incredible and made the whole experience! I have never walked into a dealership where I felt so comfortable. Denny never tried to up sell me, never felt any pressure to buy additional coverage...just a relaxing experiencing! Really, it was a relaxing experience because Denny was so kind and knowledgeable.
