I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Hal Severns, As a woman I tend to get nervous about helping one of my sons with the purchase of a automobile. Not with Hal! I was extremely comfortable and had all of my questions answered and then some. He took so much time with us and truly wanted to make sure we had a pleasant experience, which we clearly did. Hal sold my son a sweet little red truck and my son absolutely loves it. Hal even went the extra mile and AFTER we bought the truck took us outside and explained what everything inside the cabin was for. How to turn on lights etc. He hugged us both goodbye and my son was one happy camper! I have done business for years with this dealership and have never walked away unhappy. But, I must say dealing with Hal is like dealing with a family member. Top Notch Service and an Excellent experience! They even arrange for me to have a rental for the day so I don't have to sit...... I drive all the way from Alpine (San Diego about 180 miles round trip) because of the exemplary service I receive. For this reason, I wanted to buy my next car from Paradise. Rob was professional, courteous and made the deal work for me. I really wanted to buy the car and he had good intuition about matching my wants and with my limitations. He was very nice and didn't ever make me "feel the pressure". My wife and I fell in love with at 2014 Chevy Equinox and Mike gave us a killer deal. Once we took it home and drove the car over the weekend, my wife and I decided that for my long commute, a more fuel efficient vehicle was probably a smarter decision. I called Mike on Monday morning and he discussed the 72 hour advantage and that I qualified to return the vehicle and select the vehicle that meet my needs.
