With the way that our car runs and the superior service we get from the maintenance department from John it is amazing. So we decided to try our luck again. A couple of weeks before I went into Paradise to purchase a vehicle, I was in the area as I was having work done on another vehicle at another dealership. I went over to Paradise as I was really in the need of wanting a truck, as my wife and I are planning on taking a long trip with a truck and a trailer. When I walked into the lot at Paradise I was looking around and a fine gentleman by the name of Lou Long, came down and introduced himself to me, we got talking, and I told him my plans for the future and that I was just looking and trying to get information. Lou was a very friendly gentleman, and I never was pushed into the fact of hurry up. I felt very at ease and not pressured at all. When my wife and I decided to go to Paradise and we started walking around a salesman came around and I told him that I was looking for mr Lou Long. When Lou came down we started talking and I told him what I wanted. He took us to one vehicle which was the perfect color and we looked inside and was totally amazed at how much room there was in both the front and back of the cab. He got the keys for the vehicle and we went for a test drive. It was wonderful, and a lot more than I can imagIne. When we got back , we went into the office as it was very hot outside and the first thing that we got was a bottle of water. How great it tasted with the temperature in the high 80's Nd very humid. We saw a vehicle on the internet for a lower price and we asked about it. He told us the differences of the vehicles, and I was glad I chose the one we drove as I need the backup camera and the. Tow package. Then it was my wife's turn, to talk as she is the banker of the family. We went back as forth as iOS common to get the best deal and in the end there was an agreement with the total package. I was super barged when I got to drive the truck home and park it in the driveway. Now it seems that every time I get behind the wheel , the more I am falling I love with the ride and the quietness of the cab. Thank you very much Paradise Chevrolet for carrying such a wonderful product. More

I anticipated spending all day at different dealerships, trying to find the right car (and right price) for our little family. We were kind of dreading it. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. Lance Orosco was amazing! We didn't feel pressured into anything whatsoever. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel like friends, rather than customers. We were ecstatic at how smooth (and quick) the purchase was. We will gladly be buying from Paradise again! More

Buying both new vehicles was a great experience! We bought a 2015 Chevy tahoe a few months ago and had such a great experience that we came right back in july to buy a 2014 Chevy silverado. We worked with Angel on the sales side and he was very eager to get us in a truck we wanted and very knowledgeable with all the features in the vehicle. He was a very nice guy and a pleasure to work with. Josh also helped us out a lot, especially over the phone. I told Josh what we wanted and to have it ready and he did just that. Taylor worked with us on the tahoe and was very enthusiastic about making sure we were happy about our purchase. He even drove with us back to hemet to get our trade in! Finally after all the sales stuff we worked with Matt Mincio twice in finance and that guy is so easy to talk to and really makes sure you are completely satisfied with every single detail. We will definitely come back to paradise chevy in temecula and will specifically request to work with these guys again. And did I mention FREE oil changes for life! More
