Sales experience My wife and I arrived at the dealership early on a Sunday morning with the idea of checking out the colors of the new SRX Cadillacs on the lot, before My wife and I arrived at the dealership early on a Sunday morning with the idea of checking out the colors of the new SRX Cadillacs on the lot, before they opened at 10AM. It was 9AM and out came Lou Long and greeted us enthusiasticly.Well long story short, we had a nice chat and a test drive. Mark checked out our trade in and a couple hours later we left with a new SRX. The experience was great. Lou and Mark did a fine job and we love the car. Great experience. I went into the dealership to look at certified pre owned vehicles. I was looking for a SUV and Shaun showed us the Chevy Equinox. Coming in from owni I went into the dealership to look at certified pre owned vehicles. I was looking for a SUV and Shaun showed us the Chevy Equinox. Coming in from owning a Lexus I was definitely impressed with the car. Shaun showed us everything to know about the car and took a test drive. Me and my husband then went home and discussed wether it would be a fit for us. We went back to the dealership that next morning. Shaun was right there to help us with everything. The deal itself did not take an entire day to do. Shaun was very fast and efficient to get us the deal we wanted and to be able to drive the car out of there in a reasonable amount of time. He was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. He helped us set up everything on the car after we made the purchase. He also called the next day to make sure everything was good with the vehicle. Ely is definitely a great manager to deal with. He is all about getting you what you want so he can get your business. He was not rude like most managers at a dealership. Very professional and nice. The financing guy was also very great. He was fun to deal with and very organized and fast with everything. He even helped out with a deal right before we signed all the papers. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I will be going there for all services needed for the car. And I definitely love the car! More
