I needed a new truck and went to Paradise just to price out used trucks. I was met by CJ with a friendly greeting and a smile. He said he would keep an eye out for a truck that was within our budget and give us a call. CJ called twice in two months to let me know when some trucks came in that fit our needs and budget. He was patient with us and did not use any hard sales pitch to sell us the vehicle we finally bought. When we came in, again, he greeted us and knew exactly who we were and immediately showed us the trucks he thought would fit us. In the purchase decision of our new 2014 Volt, both team members were simply more informative than anything I could find on the web, blogs, etc. I asked the HARD questions (as I am a salesman myself), they were all answered again, honestly and with deep knowledge, experience, and high integrity. They worked with me on my trade in, test drives, and because Steve and his wife actually OWN what they sell (early model Volt), nothing was left unanswered. At the same time I was working finance and paperwork (they coordinated the transfer of my personal belongings from my trade in to the new car, detailed the new Volt), and I have to say their sales 'process' is a fine tuned concert! Lance showed us a fantastic used car and as he ran the numbers and things the banks approved us but wanted much more down then we were able to give, but Lance would not give up he said maybe we should try a new car, because of the rebates and stuff. We didn't think it would be possible, but Lance said don't give up and he went to work and the next day he called us at home and said come down and pick up your new car.
