When I went into Paradise last week I did not plan on buying a new car. After I walked around the lot with the salesman Josh Rice for about 15 minutes and then I found it! it was the perfect car. I worked with joe Honeycutt to lease a 2013 Equinox for my wife. Joe was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We spent about an hour at the dealership and the majority of that was spent learning about our new vehical. We did a lot of shopping around, but settled on Paradise (1) because of our experience with Becky and (2) because they were willing to work with us on price. I went to Paradise chevy's used car section and met Robert Kasprzyk. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle; which was a vehicle with 7-8 passenger capacity and decent fuel economy. I was cons Robert Kasprzyk. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle; which was a vehicle with 7-8 passenger capacity and decent fuel economy. I was considering a minivan but I informed Robert that I don't like the way minivans look; so he showed me several other options. I ended up choosing a 2009 GMC Acadia w/ 8 person capacity and 24 mpg highway. Thanks to Robert I have exactly what I was looking for. The Vehicle had several minor cosmetic issues but that was a complete non-issue because Robert made sure they were all taken care of. Plus because the vehicle was purchase from Paradise Chevy it came with free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. Notes: From my experience, Robert is very personable and understands the customer wants and needs. He doesn't pressure them to buy products they are not interested in such as leases. The reason I mention that is because one of the dealerships across the street has on three separate occasions pushed me out the door w/ high pressure lease talks. On each of thes occasions I ended purchasing a vehicle from a different dealership. The reason I mention this is because it was a nice change to be treated like a perferred customer. I went in just to look at a few vehicles, I had a Jeep I had almost paid off and was looking to trade in. As soon as we started browsing, Mike came over and started to help us out. I had never bought a car from a dealership before, and had heard the horror stories of pushy salesmen and schemes. But instead, Mike just answered our questions without pressuring us, and helped me decide on what would be the best vehicle for me. He finally helped me decide on a used (but beautiful!) Chevy Silverado, and I couldn't be happier. He helped me get financed, and my not-so-great credit wasn't frowned upon, and instead I got a great deal and great interest rate. The price was great, my truck is perfect, and the service was helpful and friendly, from the salesman to the finance guy to the receptionist. Paradise Chevrolet made my first car buying experience a great one! More
Our experience at Paradise Chevrolet was defenitely a pleasant one. We were thinking about buying a new truck, but this was not something we had to do at the time. We were in the area, so deceided to stop in and look around. We always liked the Silvarado so took one out for a test drive and just loved it. Our salesman "Lance Orosco" was willing to crunch numbers with us, and with a little help, made us a offer we could not pass up. Needless to say, we drove home in our new Chevy Silvarado. The dealership itself, and everyone we worked with was great!!! They made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the process, which makes a big difference. It was definitely a pleasant experience, right down to filling out the final paperwork. This was a great representation of how customer service should be. We will definately recommend Paradise Chevrolet to all our friends and family. P.S. They make great popcorn too! :)***** More
I brought in my 2006 Hummer H3 for service, and was met by Lou to see if I was interested in possibly trading in my vehicle for a new one and at the moment we weren't totally ready for that vehicle to be t by Lou to see if I was interested in possibly trading in my vehicle for a new one and at the moment we weren't totally ready for that vehicle to be traded in, but our 2003 Ford Explorer definately interested in trading up to a new cost effective car since I commute 65-70 miles a day for work. So after discussing the specifics with my wife, we looked at the Cruze with the help of Gregory when we came back to pickup Hummer from service repair later that day. Gregory showed us the Cruze and the car was amazing. We decided to come back the next day, so I let Lou know that I would be coming in with my Ford Explorer for trade and he had Gregory assist me with the test drive, and paperwork, everything. Soon I was sitting in Matt's finance office closing a great deal to the new 2013 Chevrolet Cruze RS. Matt was super awesome when it came to finding the right financing program for us & got us a great rate. The whole Paradise Team are ROCKSTARS! More
On feb, 22 2013, my wife & I drove to cypress, ca to purchase a 2002 Cadillac ext from Cypress Motors. Supposedly this particular vehicle was on reserve for me considering I was already approved by the purchase a 2002 Cadillac ext from Cypress Motors. Supposedly this particular vehicle was on reserve for me considering I was already approved by the bank. My wife & I took the day off & rented a vehicle for the occasion. When we arrived we learned that they had sold the truck the night before. The sales rep, Juanita, who "helped" me, took NO responsibility & actually claimed that I had applied for a different vehicle, not that particular truck. Ironically she called me the same morning of the purchase to verify our appointment. Which means that she let me drive 2 hours from Bakersfield, Ca just to tell me she sold the truck, & to basically blame me for the mistake, & with no remorse, offer to sell me a different vehicle. Thank God that happened because I kept looking & found the perfect truck, same model, better mileage, better price, immaculant condition, better service. When I contacted Paradise I was directed to Alfonso Zavala. I told him about the situation I just had & he automatically started making all the wrongs, right. He felt for me, Alfonso & Dave assured me that once a customer makes a commitment to a a particular vehicle, they will make a commitment to you by reserving the vehicle of your dreams until the deal is done. They kept they're word. Alfonso brought me security & proved that he can do what the other dealerships can't. When I got there Alfonso quickly came out to greet us. We didn't waste anytime, he 1st showed me the truck detailed, full gas tank, ready to ride home. That moment meant a lot to me & he knew it. That's what "going the extra mile" is all about. Little things like that mean a whole lot more than people would understand until you experience it. Alfonso was prepared & organized like he did this a thousand times. Paperwork was ready, financing was quick & simple. He had no hesitations, no uncertanties, no sales pitches, no tricks, just 100% honesty. He was seriouse when he said That he will reserve that truck & make sure you drive it home. The very next day he called to check if we made it home safe from a 3 hour drive. I've purchased other vehicles & motorcycles in my hometown, & still i never received amazing service like Alfonso gave. On top of all this, he came in on his birthday just to take care of me. he did not think twice he was there ready to work. Happy Bday! Thanks for everything Alfonso & Paradise Chevrolet!
