My experience at this dealership and with our salesman, Bill Cooner, was unlike any I've experienced at the dealerships in Temecula and Carlsbad. I've car shopped at quite a few and purchased several vehicles in my life and the experience has never really been a pleasure or easy, until today at my visit with Paradise Chevrolet. Bill was not pushy like a car salesman can be, he was very easy to work with and there was not pressure in the deal whatsoever. He was very personable, was concerned for our comfort while we waited for the financing part of the deal and always kept us informed of the status of the deal. I told him where I stood financially and what I could afford and without hesitation he made it happen. There was no going back and forth to the "manager" to "see what he could do" like most dealerships trying to squeeze out what ever cash they could from me. Billy did an incredible job and the deal was done. When it came time to go take care of the financing, George did a great job and made that process as smooth as could be and got me a great deal with the bank. I could not be happier with the entire process!! This car was for my daughter and I drive a different make, however Paradise Chevrolet makes me want to return to them when I'm ready to purchase my next car. They really do care about customer service! More

WE BOUGHT OUR 2009 HHR SS AT THIS DEALERSHIP IN THE PAST AND WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. WE WERE NOT SURE WHAT NEW VEHICLE WE WANTED AND STARTED AT THE FORD DEALERSHIP ACROSS THE STREET. WE WERE AND WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. WE WERE NOT SURE WHAT NEW VEHICLE WE WANTED AND STARTED AT THE FORD DEALERSHIP ACROSS THE STREET. WE WERE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR SALES TACTICS AND FELT THAT WE WERE BEING HELD CAPTIVE AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT. WE ALMOST SETTLED ON A FORD FLEX BUT IT WAS NOT A COMFORTABLE AGREEMENT AND WE LEFT. THE NEXT DAY WE WENT TO PARADISE CHEVROLET AND STILL DID NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND THOUGHT A TRUCK WOULD SUIT OUR NEEDS. BILLY COONER GREETED US AND SHOWED US WHAT WE THOUGHT WE WANTED AND THEN WE CHANGED OUR MINDS TO ANOTHER TRUCK, AND THEN ANOTHER TRUCK, AND THEN ANOTHER TRUCK, BILLY STAYED WITH US AND JUST GAVE US EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO PICK WHAT TRUCK WOULD SUIT US BEST. HE RAN BACK AND FORTH TO GET KEYS AND LET US DRIVE WHAT EVER VEHICLE WE WANTED TO TEST DRIVE AND EVEN LET US TAKE A COUPLE HOME TO SEE IF IT WOULD FIT IN OUR GARAGE, WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED AND ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE. WE THEN DECIEDED ON A TRUCK THAT WAS BEST FOR US AND DISCUSSED IT WITH STEVE BURCHFIELD AND TRADED TWO OF OUR PRESENT CARS, WITH A MUTUAL NEGOTATION WE AGREED ON A REASONABLE DEAL AND MADE A WONDERFUL PURCHASE AND WE ARE TOTALLY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE AT PARADISE CHEVROLET IN TEMECULA. WE THEN HAD A NEIGHBOR THAT WANTED THE HHR AND WE REFERRED THEM TO BILLY COONER AND HE TOO MADE THEM A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Felipe Rodriguez was very helpful at the dealership. He certainly did his job, while still trying to get the best deal for us. I went in looking for a Camaro, knowing that they were a little out of my range, but i didnt want anything else! When i first went to Paradise i was approached by Maricela Dominguez, she was very nice and u little out of my range, but i didnt want anything else! But I was reluctant to buy new so i kept looking. After looking for used in my area for a week or two i decided to go back to Paradise. That was when i met Mr. Joe Honeycutt, at first i kept my distance as i do with all car salesmen. I must say that Joe knows what he is doing and laid everything out fair and clean. I told him what my budget was and that i wanted a Camaro ha. Pretty far off. But we took the proverbial walk to the desk... and you know that means its a numbers game. I like to believe Joe knew that Black Camaro was ment for me, so we worked out a deal. Then another. Then another... finally we came to a conclusion. I drove my New 2012 Black Camaro 2LS off the lot a few hours later!! Sweet victory!! I think i shook his hand 20 times before we were done. He made my dream car a reality and i cant thank him enough. Joe even took the time and taught me about all the features and gave me a full tank... with todays gas prices that full tank made my car buy all the sweeter! im now i lifetime customer of Paradise Chevrolet and thanks to Joe i am now a new car owner.
