We had to travel over 60 miles to pick the Suburban up and Joe offered to have the Suburban delivered to us, which was a very accommodating gesture, although we decided to drive to the dealership. Joe was very efficient in processing all of our paperwork yet he still explained everything that he was doing as well. Once all paperwork was complete, Joe took us outside and sat in the Suburban with us and explained all of the "bells & whistles" including spending quite some time on how the radio system works, especially XM Radio, and helped us pair our phones with bluetooth and verifying that they were working. Before leaving, Joe made sure that he took us over to the gas station and filled the tank! He noticed that the engine was dirty so he took it over to be cleaned up before sending us home. Something else that we really appreciated was that Joe took the time to sit in the Suburban with us and activate our OnStar subscription. Once activated, he showed us how to get directions and terminate the route, and make a phone call. Joe was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. We feel that Joe went above and beyond! I had many discussions with him about buying and selling cars. There were no transactions at that time but he was always there. He kept me up to date with ideas on what to do with my current cars. He was always there in a supportive way, just wanting to help. So of course when it was time to take some action, I walked into Paradise and asked for Joe. I love his style. No hard sells. No financing games. He just wants to make his customers comfortable with their decisions and bend over backwards to get them into the car they want. Once he has sold you the car he spends all the time required helping you understand your new car and with all the new technology, we all need that help! We have purchased 2 cars with Joe. I had been in the market for a new Corvette for s do some price comparison for a Corvette. Robert C had recommended Lenny Gunn of Paradise Chevrolet. I had been in the market for a new Corvette for serveral months and had been working with a few (4) dealers. No one will believe the research time I put into this. To the point,I had put a $5,000 deposit with a dealer, so they could locate the exact Corvette with the right color and options I was requesting. Three (3) of the 4 dealer's pricses were within what I expected to pay, but with no results. The best part of my experience, I bought the Corvette, with a better price, better financing, better option package and the right color. The price is never right when buying new cars. I might have gone home with a few more dollars savings, but the service I received (soft sale/no hard sale) was well worth it. I went home with my new Corvette, and with a added plus option, which I wanted without paying for it.I just need (always)that little extra touch. Lenny, thank you very much.
