My husband and I met Josh Rice a few weeks before buying a car. I test drove the Cruze, and Josh gave us information about it. After doing some research on the Cruze Eco, I wanted to take another look to make sure this was the car, as I also was looking at a Honda CRZ. Because I had had such a good impression of Josh when I first met him, I called him back and advised we wanted to meet with him to discuss trading in my 350Z. A few days later, we met and I took the Cruze on another test drive. Josh went more into depth about the car. He was nice enough to leave my husband and I alone so we may discuss the car privately. We finally agreed that the Cruze had alot to offer for the price. The negotiation of the trade-in was discussed, and we all finally agreed on a great price for both the trade-in and the Cruze. Josh was very personable with us, and during the paperwork process, he didn't just disappear. He was very good about letting us know how the paperwork was going, and made sure we were comfortable during our wait. He took the time to give us the tour of the dealership, which we have never had anyone do before. In the end, he went over all the options in the car, teaching me how to use them, again, something a salesman has never done. Josh may be a young salesman, but I feel with his personality and good mannerism, he will go a a long way in his car sales career. We are looking at buying a Volt in the near future, and when we are ready, we will call Josh to help us. We came to Paradise Chevrolet yesterday to begin shopping for a different vehicle. The 2008 Saturn was an excellent vehicle but our financial situation has changed drastically in the three years of the leas for a different vehicle. Paradise Chevrolet was our first choice due to the excellent service we have recieved with the Saturn. Ryan showed us the new Chevy Cruz and it is very impressive though out of our price range. After we informed Ryan that the car was beyond our means, he suggested a pre owned car and brought David in to help out. Both of them were great. Very polite, communicative, informative and helpful. They put us into a pre-owned car that meets our needs and fits our budget without pressure or a lot of haggling. The only downside to the deal is that the pre-owned vehicle is a Toyota and we won't be able to continue using your excellent service department. When the time comes, we will be back. From the moment we stepped on the lot, my husband and I felt comfortable. He asked us what he could help us with, and then proceeded to show us what we were looking fir and answered all the questions we had. He took us for a test drive and was very pleasant throughout the entire experience. When it was time for the credit application portion, he was fast and efficient, which was nice becuz we had our wrestless 18 month old with us. Once all the information was sorted out and papers were signed, Mr. Ricks proceeded to show us all we needed to know about our new 2011, Chevy Equinox, he was very patient and descriptive when showing us all the new features on our new vehicle.
