He quickly took us to the cars within our budget and went out of his way to open each of them up so we could fully view the cars and offered test drives. Neither of us were looking to waste each other’s time, which was great because there wasn’t much of the hassle and back and forth that is typical at a dealership. I wasn’t able to compete the process during my first visit because I was on a limited schedule, and Sam gave me my space and wasn’t pushy on trying to close the deal. He did everything he said he was going to do, even after the sale by reaching back out to me for the explanation of some of the features in the vehicle that I had questions on. This is normally something that doesn’t happen after the sale because the salesperson is on to the next customer; Sam took his time with service after the sale. I am still waiting on a few things from another department but it has no baring on Sam as a sales rep. More
