I met with Felipe Rodriguez who I used as my salesman before several years ago at Paradise. We went on several test drives and then decided on purchasing a new 2018 Chevy Malibu. I got a good deal as the 2018 models needed to be sold. Felipe really made everything go very smooth just as he did several years ago. I had dealerships closer to my house as I moved from the Temecula area but I really felt comfortable working with Felipe and the Paradise dealership before so I drove a few extra miles to purchase my vehicle at Paradise. I met with Joel Flores who was very prompt, polite and professional. Joel and my former sales rep, Chris Perez, worked to get me into the new Equinox that I wanted. They quickly gathered all necessary information, and presented my needs to the finance dept. Don Figgs, the manager who arranged the terrific deal on the Equinox I was about to turn back in to the dealership, came out and arranged the deal on the new Equinox. He got me another great deal -- far too good to turn down. Though I had enjoyed driving the 2016 Equinox for three years, the new 2019 model is a definite upgrade. Everyone at the dealership was quick, knowledgeable, polite, highly professional and totally focused on getting me into the new car with the best deal possible.
