This was after my family and I insisted that we get a brand new car. Thomas assured us that it was a brand new car, and not a demo. But the VIN number from the picture of the car in the showroom that we previously took before talking to Thomas and the VIN number of the car that we currently have are exactly the same. We are disappointed and feel betrayed. This changes the perspective on my car buying experience entirely. I realized that the dishonest car salesman stereotype exists for a reason. More
