good people and good deals we were perhaps "the worst customers ever, and the pickiest" and we were not budging to what the manager and first sales person were offering us. We e we were perhaps "the worst customers ever, and the pickiest" and we were not budging to what the manager and first sales person were offering us. We even decided to go and forget about it, but Jose another sales rep couldn't believe that we were walking away over nonsense, so he talk to us and went into details about the safety of the car and other tons of facts about Acura and the MDX model that we didn't know nor realized that were more important than the little issues that we were so upset about. So he took his time, and with tons of patience talked to us and change our view of what was more important. I truly give him credit and respect the way he works. Jose is not the typical sales person, he talk to you with facts and gives you accurate information and has knowledge of what he is selling. This was not the first dealer or MDX that we went to or test drove, and he closed the deal with us because of his knowledge and trust on what he was selling. He did a great job! Thanks! More
