you could reach me at 646-662-5756. and i did have really bad appointment day on saturday, service advisor refused to fix car caused only 3 teachnician worked on saturday and full of customer in front of me and saturday only do the basic service. then why they accepted my appointment ?? and wanted me to re-appointment on monday. and i kept saying no no no . finally the service advisor drove my car to the back and got my voice command fixed and the service advisor (CHRIS)said the technician giving me favor. what did he mean by the way ?? i did with appointment , is all of the customers in front of me with appointment ?? and i still didn't fix my leaking problem yet and now more rain days coming and my headliner will have more water mark on it , who pay for it ?? who pay for my lose ?? i only off my weekend and i need my car for work ?? i really need all of those answers ............
