Outstanding job from CHRIS RISNES!!! I called to bring my car for service,when I get there Chris was already there welcoming me.. After I explained him my car Need, he called right away I called to bring my car for service,when I get there Chris was already there welcoming me.. After I explained him my car Need, he called right away the service department to fix the problem. Sent me in waiting area ,but came to me 3 times to let me know what was going on,and promise that I'll get my car very soon. The way he handled my problem and the time frame was outstanding, he make me feel really a paragon acura customer, Good service,accurate and outstanding job Chris. That was a very good experience this time ,that's the way I should feel every time I go for service . Keep up the good job!!! More
Awful Service! Sept. 21, 2017 I left my MDX 2016 for an oil service and filter change at 10:00am. After 12:00pm I got a call and was told that my car was ready. Wh Sept. 21, 2017 I left my MDX 2016 for an oil service and filter change at 10:00am. After 12:00pm I got a call and was told that my car was ready. When I came to pick up my car it was parked partially on the sidewalk and I found a ticket for sidewalk parking on the car. The manager said that they'll take care of it, Hopefully, they will, but it wasn't the only problem. When I came home I checked the oil level and realized that it wasn't changed at all because it was dark color, when I looked at the filter I was shocked, it seemed untouched either. Paragon Acura charged me for the service that was never done by them. Unbelievable! I had to come back to Paragon Acura with this dilemma and no one could explain how did it happen and who was responsible for that. After all of my frustration they finally provided the service that they had to do initially. I've used Psragon Acura service for many years and there were some issues from time to time but, this time you guys exceeded some limit. I believe that no anyone should be treated this way. While I was waiting for my RDX to get serviced she was very attentive to my needs, she kept me My service advisor Karla went above and beyond for me. While I was waiting for my RDX to get serviced she was very attentive to my needs, she kept me updated on the status of my car and when my car had a couple of failed items she provided me with great prices. I have brought my car to get service before but this time it was a very different experience , I'm very pleased . More
Problem with radio! Lack of knowledge I left my MDX for service on Wednesday after a week wait for orders part to come and they promise within 4 days My mdx will be ready. I got call next day of my mdx left saying your mdx still on service we will call when ready I left Wednesday got mail from paragon on Friday saying that my mdx ordered part arrived it's funny they told Tuesday they receive part and told me to left on Wednesday after that no response from Paragon I called no once answered transferred all over different locations Honda service area sales area and many times rings only and they disconnect left massage plenty of times no return call finally I got call Monday again promising Tuesday to be ready and I went to pick up Tuesday And as a matter of trust I left as soon as I rich home I noticed they removed my many parts from my car and didn't even put it back I called and informed they told me to come back before 7 pm and I went back at close to 6 pm they said come back tomorrow manager left for the day. I went next day manager was busy unable to meet service adviser told me to tags and do the paper work again and I waited they bring back as it is saying it was just like that. Trying to meet manager she told she will tell manager to call me later. I left never get called I called and finally able to talk he told me to come back wow then I went back he show to his service person telling him to listen to me and fix he took car after 30 min some different from loners vehicle person give me key told your car ready I took but still my some unlocked pard still missing it's terrible service I received. More
Awesome! I went in for service and Alex told me I had a recall on my car. Then I spoke with Thomas who sold me my first car. And I walked out with my second ca I went in for service and Alex told me I had a recall on my car. Then I spoke with Thomas who sold me my first car. And I walked out with my second car!
