Worst experience ever at paragon Honda dealership . I went to trade in my 2025 Prologue touring, the worst carl have ever, trading for a gas car. A salesman named Bhav who was dealing with me. I don't know what the xxxx is wrong with this guy but he's useless. I put $7,500 down payment since February 16 and today February 20, this salesman wasn't doing his job. He messed up my insurance policy by adding the new car when I was still driving my prologue, meaning I was driving with no insurance, this stupid xxxxxxx and saying he was looking for an approval too. Also manager was hiding and not giving me any updates. I had to ask for a refund .Long wait and poor communication. I am very disappointed because I am a customer since 2024. More
