Paragon Honda is also unwilling to stand by the quality of the vehicles they sell and their unsatisfied customers. They legitimately took the money and ran... The Sales team was pleasant enough to work with but they were persistent and demanded that I give them the best rating on all reviews / surveys. I have since found the General Manager to be smug and unwilling to stand behind the quality of the Honda vehicles sold at Paragon. There is no satisfaction guaranty at Paragon Honda only processes, procedures and the warranty. I bought a 2019 Honda Passport Elite on May 18, 2019 and out of the box the vehicle proved to be defective. The infotainment system (navigation, back up camera, radio, connectivity to cell phone and proximity sensors) froze the very next day. The issue, which has been acknowledged by Honda and is unfixable, has occurred 3 times in a month's span. If you want a BRAND NEW vehicle that has a persistent issue with no permanent solution then this is your car. The temporary fix for this issue requires the pulling of fuses from the box under the hood, which in my case occurs quite often. I regret buying this car and dealing with both American Honda and Paragon Honda. I don’t recommend either. American Honda is run by complete morons. They acknowledge that they are unable to fix the vehicle and only will provide "goodwill" compensation after the issue has been resolved. It must be nice to have a position where attributes such as accountability and quality assurance are not required. A minimal amount of research will show that the issue is quite pervasive so buyer be ware. I've been told by the service center manager and expert tech that there is a software bug with the Passport. In the absence of a fix I've been instructed to cease using any of the above features. After buying a car that cost $47k I’m unable to use basic features that I paid for and am forced to use a portable Bluetooth speaker for music and navigation. Aside from the lack of quality of the vehicle and inconvenience this has caused, I have significant concerns about the safety systems as this issue affects more than just the radio and I often drive with two small children in the vehicle. The sensors are impaired when the computer freezes and I’m afraid that in the unfortunate occurrence of an accident that such features will fail. I have no confidence that American Honda is able to deliver a properly functioning safety system when they are unable to design a functioning infotainment system. I find it unacceptable that both American Honda and Paragon are unwilling to stand by their product and provide a solution. The GM of Paragon dismisses the issue as a broken radio which shows that he’s quite ignorant of a product being sold at his shop. Assuming that it is just the radio, Honda has failed to deliver the functionality of the most basic of all features. Research on the Passport prior to buying it showed that the infotainment system had been described as finicky but thats not correct - it’s outright flawed and there’s no fix in sight. It's easy to provide good service when a quality product has been sold but true character is revealed when it becomes necessary to deal a defective product. Both Paragon Honda and American Honda have failed in this regard and have been unwilling to make good in my case. My decision to purchase a Honda is regrettable. I can imagine that the dealership will respond in defense however the facts are: 1. The vehicle was sold (and continues to be sold) with defective software - seems criminal to me 2. American Honda does not have a permanent solution 3. I had issues the day after I drove it off the lot 4. Neither Paragon nor American Honda have done anything to address my dissatisfaction. 5. The infotainment system will continue to freeze if any features other than the clock are used. I do not recommend Honda or Paragon Honda after this dissatisfying, frustrating and ongoing experience. More

Ali was very confident I have walked out a few dealerships for not giving me a fair price in accordance to KBB. I know the KBB is not the most accurate way of judging a car I have walked out a few dealerships for not giving me a fair price in accordance to KBB. I know the KBB is not the most accurate way of judging a car but it gets me in the ball park. Most dealers wouldnt even come but a few thousands from KBB dealership certified pre own price. Ali worked with me and my fiance staying late even after they close to make sure everything was in order for us to drive away that night. His pricing was fair and I felt like good about it. There were numerous times we had to go out to my car for a quiet space to call my insurance, bank to fiance, and talking the price/car over with my fiance. Ali was very very patient and giving us time to do all that. There was no hassel either when it came to using my own financing with my bank since they weren't able to best the interest rate onwas given. The finance guy named Paul was also great and getting all the payment from my bank to the dealership set. I'd come back here to buy another car if I ever needed another car. It's about an hours drive when i got 4-5 honda dealerships around me. There is a reason this place is busy busy inside they are there to make you a deal. More
