It was a pleasure of doing business with Haitham. Haitham is one of the best sales rep I had.. He was very outspoken and went through out everything with me,. I got the worst Sales Person :( Moe Khair My sales person was the worst salesperson I've ever dealt with in many years (13) of being a Honda Leaser. This is my 4th CRV and finally decided to g My sales person was the worst salesperson I've ever dealt with in many years (13) of being a Honda Leaser. This is my 4th CRV and finally decided to go all out and get the top of the line 2015 CR-V Touring. Confident that I would walk out with an outstanding deal, Moe decided to take matters in his own hand and not only did he lack the ability to listen to the customer, he also discouraged me from making the offers I thought were fair. He would ask me what my offer was but would write down a different/higher offer amount on the offer sheet. Now I'm not so sure I got a good deal. The deceit continued when we arrived at the final offer (at this point, I just wanted to get the xxxx out of the place) and Moe still managed to sneak in .98 cents on the final amount. Would his commission really have gone up drastically for a lousy $0.98 a month? Had I noticed, I would've walked out immediately, but I was too trusting of a person, when you say the amount was 385 a month, then it's 385... Not $385.98!!! Another issue, the minute we walked in, I asked him about their Touring Inventory and was assured they had every color and that the dealership had the biggest inventory of Tourings in all of NY. Near closing the deal, Moe asked which were my three color options, to make the long story short, I ended up with the vehicle he put me in to test drive! Had I known I was gonna end up with a test driven car, I would've picked out my first choice from the warehouse. His response was, they didn't have the other two colors in stock. The whole ordeal was needless to say very DISAPPOINTING... And he had the odacity to beg me for an excellent review at the end. You could've done better sir!!! Then perhaps I would've given you a better review. I'm going back to my previous dealer when it's time to renew my lease. Thanks a lot Mr. Khair! You will not be getting referrals from me! More

Stay Away from This Dealership Purchased pre-owned 2005 Honda Civic SI. In less than 30 days the check engine light went on. When I took it to another Honda dealer they checked the Purchased pre-owned 2005 Honda Civic SI. In less than 30 days the check engine light went on. When I took it to another Honda dealer they checked the vehicle out and gave me a long list of issues: the battery died as a result of an after market wiring harness that may or may not have been connected to a one-time security system that was draining battery; the oil pressure switch was low suggesting almost empty and had I driven any further would have destroyed the engine; one of the tires had a bubble that could go at any minute and cause a serious accident and had to be replaced; all remaining tire caps are not able to be removed to adjust tire pressure; front engine mount is torn and needs repair or replacement; latch to open engine hood broken, gave me pliers to use. When I called these issues to the dealer's attention they were completely unsympathetic and told me now that I owned the car they were my problem. Nearly $500 spent to take care of most serious issues with more to come. More

Problems found on my certified honda Bought a certified 2009 Honda Odyssey EXL from paragon. My salesperson was Haitham Elkholi. He was very helpful through the process. Found a couple of things that slipped during the certification process that I found a year later. Went to Haitham and explained the issues I was having. He took my keys and told me he would take care of it. Waited at his desk while the work was being done. He returned my keys. I checked everything I had told him about and when I did, everything was taken care of. If he didn't take care of it, it would have cost me $185.00. That is what customer service should be. Taking care of your customers after the sale ensures repeat customers. I have been with Paragon Honda for 10 years now. Best salesperson I have had. Thanks for everything. More

Mike Adovic helped me a lot and I appreciate his service. The only disappointment I had in this experience was my check i was suppose to receive in not even 2 weeks but took longer than I thought, called almost everyday my sales person ignored me, receptionist tried her best to help as much. Till finally Mohammed replied back to me with an answer that didn't even help but took it anyway. Thank you Mike Adovic and receptionist for all your help. If it wasnt for the receptionist going back and forth with her office I would've have gotten a check from Paragon Honda till months later. Love my car and won't be switching out of it for a while. More

I successfully set up an appointment online, had a short wait time upon arriving (though be prepared for long lines), though my 2002 Honda Accord required lots of work, we were able to pick up the car at the end of the day and it was in excellent condition. Most impressive was the service we received by Michael Valencia. He is the most professional employee I have ever worked with at this Honda and probably any Honda. I give the center 4 stars and Mike 5. I did not receive compensation for this review. More
