My experience at Paragon Honda was quite pleasant. I met with a salesman Naz Khan, who was quite an informative and helpful guy. He showed me the Honda Civic, and gave me a rundown of the pros and cons for the car for my lifestyle. I was put into a good car for a good price, and I couldn't refuse. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff experience was great (shout out to Elsie and Rachel). The finance department did whatever they could to help me, and I think thats where people think it gets tough, but their information was straightforward, fast, and have the ability to complement your decisions about buying the car or not. This place is great. I think many of the people who have been posting reviews about this place are incorrect - or maybe I was just lucky, but either way, Paragon Honda is a dealership I'm going to come back to again. Not having much experience with cars, I was a little weary about what to expect, the kinds of questions to ask, and the overall process in buying a car. However, to my surprise, Nazmus came across as being extremely personable and was able to understand my situation almost immediately. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the cars and deals they had going on. He went out of his way to explain everything to me, as well as provide me with reasonable options. I am very happy with my new car, the exceptional customer service skills, and the effort Nazmus and his management team put into making this work for me at a very fair deal. Kudos to Nazmus and his team for making this experience an enjoyable one! More

I bought a honda pilot last week and i was very happy the way i was treated. Paragon excepted my trade in and gave me a very good price on a honda pilot touring model. I was very pleased that attention was paid to me and they made sure to finish my request as promptly as possible. I was happy the 2010 Honda Accord that a requested was available and for a good price. They coordinated the day with me in order to make my purchase as painless as possible. The worse service I ever had. If you want to be ignored and mistreated, go to Paragon Honda Woodside Parts Department. I have a Honda Ridgeline, my wife has a Honda Civic and most of my friends have Hondas and mistreated, go to Paragon Honda Woodside Parts Department. I have a Honda Ridgeline, my wife has a Honda Civic and most of my friends have Hondas. Honda is been recognized as a top brand not only for its durable cars but also for its great customer service. Today, I changed my mind about its customer service when I went to the parts department just to request some "rubber blades" for my cars. What did I say? rubber blades, well it seems that the part department person does not know what that is. His name is Kelvin and after making fun of my request he corrected me and with a very bad attitude he said: you want an "insert". I said to him that every time I want those rubber things for the blades I ask for a rubber blade, he kept on having his bad attitude and said that I was wrong, I needed some "inserts". After feeling as an ignorant I decided to not buy what I was looking for and leave this place, he did not even care and called up the next customer. His attitude irritated me since I do not want another customer to be treated like this any more. I decide to call a manager, he did not even paid me attention, I almost had to scream requesting a manager until someone from the back came over and presented as the manager his name was Paul. I asked him that I wanted some rubber blades for my cars and he did not understand either, he said you want some inserts, I said to him I was not sure of the exact name of the part but it was the rubber thing that comes with the blade, he said that those things are called inserts. Finally, I got my parts, I left the place and on my way home I decided to take a look at the receipt and what a surprise when I saw the name of the part on the receipt is Rubber Blades. This only proofs that Kelvin was trying to make fun of me and that he just wanted to take a bad attitude at me. I am also surprised that the manager did not know how the part are called. All in all, I am not coming back to this place. It used to be my favorite but I rather go somewhere else. I like going to Honda to get the genuine parts but to be treated like garbage I rather go to Autozone or Strauss, I pay less and I do not think they treat you in such rude way. More

Clara is always a pleasure to "deal" with, Gary was up front and straight to the point with the financing aspect of the deal and David Pena was "great" when it came to explaining all the ins and outs of my sister's new Honda Pilot.
