Listened to my rationale for the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle and was willing to work with me to close the deal. The car is a certified preowned car. They prepped it beautifully. When I went to pick it up, the salesman apologized that it was a rainy day. He told me to come back on the sunny day of my choice and they'd wash & polish it again. The gave me a voucher for free gas at a nearby station. Before I left, the salesman had me sit in the driver's seat and he helped me locate and operate every switch and button. He showed me how to access the spare tire and jack. Before I left, he told me to call him presonally for ANY question or concern. This was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a used vehicle. It's been more than six months. The car has had it's oil change and check up..... NOT ONE PROBLEM in 6 months. Honest dealer selling quality Certified Hondas. HIGHLY Recommended. More

Horrified on 7/12/12 to find that m On July 2nd 2012 I purchased a brand new 2012 Honda CRV from Paragon Honda on Northern Boulevard in Queens. Horrified on 7/12/12 to find that my six year old neice while playing in my vehicle, which was in a garage was able to start the motor without the key or remote due to a wiring and/or instillation defect. I notified Honda USA and the dealership of this problem on 7/13/12 and still have not had it corrected. Must someone be injured or killed? Scary thing is the dealership claims to have installed "thousands" of these, how many more children are in danger? Also notified was the NHTSA and a complaint was filed with the BBB of New York for the dealer showing and selling me oan OEM product and then installing an aftermarket of which works incorrectly. Also have supporting video of this defect. More
After an extensive car shopping experience from dealership to dealership I finally was able to make a purchase at Paragon Honda. With me having a lack of ANY credit history at all I was surprised t dealership to dealership I finally was able to make a purchase at Paragon Honda. With me having a lack of ANY credit history at all I was surprised that I was able to get a good financing deal through honda considering what all of the other dealerships were offering. The sales guy, Esa Popal, was very nice and extremely patient with me. When following up he wasn't too pushy or annoying. He also was easy to get in touch with through his cell phone if I had any questions. The financial manager was detailed with explaining the financing and was very clear about everything. No hidden fees or bogus, made-up charges like prep, and some crazy off-the-wall processing fee as i saw at other dealers. They weren't able to hit my payment budget on the nail, but came preeettttyyy close to it which is fine by me. Overall the only downside I could find was that there was quite a bit of waiting in the used car office, it can get pretty busy, so I would recommend going on a day where you don't have anything planned. I must say that I probably will be going back to Paragon Honda for any service needed on my vehicle because of the great customer service I received. More

They supposedly sold me a 09 accord for 15500 when I got paperwork mail they added extra $1000 when I went in to ask the maneger "mike" he tried to tell me it was for the alarm , I told him that the salesm paperwork mail they added extra $1000 when I went in to ask the maneger "mike" he tried to tell me it was for the alarm , I told him that the salesman David German gave me the inicial price and eventually "mike" gave in ,that was two weeks ago Im still waiting for the cheak was told to come in and get it on a monday and when i go in was told by maneger "mike" that the cheak needed to be signed come back tomorrow "I told him when i come back i hope you don't say come back the next day he calls me sarcastic. a nd i'm still waiting . Once you buy the car from them they don't want to hear you you call they put you on hold and never pick up. Paid $212 for license and registration told I should get $50 in mail which I never received. Buyer beware . I should have went with a lawyer and an accountant to purchase the car they are truely out to scam you . I wonder to how many people have they done this to that hacen't even noticed the extra thousand. I also refinanced and Paid of the car and got a much better apr. with the bank. More

Obviously leasing/buying a car is an extensive process, and I never imagined that I would be so excited about a car. During the process of looking at cars at multiple other dealerships, I became concerned that I would end up with a car that I didn't love/was not comfortable in, because of monetary reasons. Shawn, Ariel, and Wendy made the process at Paragon Honda completely stress free, and made me feel assured that I would leave Paragon Honda with a car I loved, and at a price in which I felt comfortable. I can not quite articulate how thankful I am, but please know that I felt confident that they truly cared about providing extraordinary service, and that it was not simply about selling another car. I have a very bad experience with paragons Honda. I bought 2011 Honda crv. I encountered with sales man majumdat with very less experience Gary the finance manger who is gonna rip u off and joy and Elv bought 2011 Honda crv. I was ripped almost 5000 dollars. I kept 2000 dollar down payment which they didn't include in the paper. I was told Honda care is free and were charging me 2400 dollars. I have made several complains against paragon Honda to business bureau, consumer affair and attorney general of new York. I request every consumer to be carefully before u step into paragons Honda. Make sure u know every details about paragon Honda. I went to different dealer and every dealer and better known person told me I m ripped off by paragon Honda. This is my bad experience and I hope every body will learn and stay out of the trouble. More
I am writing this review for future customers who shop car to Paragon Honda. We regret it because it was our first time to purchase new car and did not bring necessary document such as credit score or researching more about average APR at other dealers. When we talked about financing our plan after paying our down payment $10,000 for brand new Honda FIT 2012 with business manager Alan Gensler, He gave us two option:one is our APR is 16% with no warranty and our monthly payment is $380 OR with purchase of extended warranty and credit protection plan and lojak which cost over $8000, he could lower APR down to 3.9% and monthly payment is $375. The story was not what we were told at the begging because we were told APR is 2-3% range. We had to excuse for a moment, so he could study to lower the rate(according to him) and came back with another APR which is 2.7%(yes lower but..) we still had to pay for extended warranty and credit protection which cost us $4300 and our monthly payment is $276. We thought it was still higher than we were supposed to pay, but the car was same day delivery and had no choice but taking the plan he suggested, so we took the plan. However, we checked our receipt later, and they didn't itemize anything about this $4300 charge and just wrote "other equipment". We also found actual warranty cost only $610, so basically we were ripped off by their retail mark up. Alan Gensler was real con-artist, so please be prepared to defend yourself for whatever he says. We have been humiliated and offended by him. As of today, we were contacted by the dealer and the process of getting refund or undo our contract from begging. Once we get everything fixed, I am going to update review. More
I went to 5 Honda dealerships to figure out which SUV I wanted and how little I could pay for it. The people at Paragon were the most helpful. But even if he wasn’t, I still would have bought the Pilot I drove with him because Paragon offered the lowest price. What I paid Paragon for a new Pilot (with all the upgraded features) was several thousand dollars less than I would have paid at local and regional competitors. I had had a very positive experience and I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. And they did my DMV work right there very quickly. I also had a good experience with the Honda Finance Manager at Paragon. More
