Price Bait and Switch I was considering a leftover new 2013 Honda. I called Paragon and spoke with Yolanda who gave me a price of $20,800. I then visited Paragon and met I was considering a leftover new 2013 Honda. I called Paragon and spoke with Yolanda who gave me a price of $20,800. I then visited Paragon and met with Stanley Liberato who gave me a price that was about $1,200 more than Yolanda's price. Stanley explained that Yolanda's price did not include the applicable fees. Add in sales tax and the out-the-door price ballooned to $23,838. I do not appreciate the price bait-and-switch! The next week I purchased the exact car at another dealership for $20,400, with an out-the-door price of $21,893. More

Female shopping for her first car What started off as just browsing ended up with me driving away with my brand new honda accord. I walked into Honda and Haitham was the first to gree What started off as just browsing ended up with me driving away with my brand new honda accord. I walked into Honda and Haitham was the first to greet me. He walked me over to his desk where he asked me questions about what I was looking for in a car and what I had seen or known about Hondas. As a female white absolutely no knowledge of car lingo, I was very pleased with how well Haitham explained everything to me. He immediately suggested the accord and civic for my needs. Even though I had some push back, he even got me test driving both models. He showed me the features and benefits, and differences in both models. I was very happy to hear that a lot of the features such as rear view camera and Bluetooth are standard in every model. Since it was my first car purchase he was very patient with me and my million and one questions and concerns. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Haitham. Being that I am too in he customer service industry I appreciated the fact that he made me feel like he was a friend rather than a car salesman. Most importantly I am very pleased with my car choice. Honda was the first dealership I visited on the strip and I never even made it to any of the other dealerships I planned on visiting. Looooooooooooove my new car and Most certainly recommend Visiting my new friend, Hiatham. More

Misrepresentation of Certified Vehicle I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle from Paragon Honda in New York several years ago. 3 weeks ago, when I attempted to trade in the vehicle at I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle from Paragon Honda in New York several years ago. 3 weeks ago, when I attempted to trade in the vehicle at another dealer, I was informed that the vehicle had a salvage title and that it had been reported as a total loss by Carfax in 2009 over a year before I purchased the vehicle from Paragon Honda. I asked Paragon to refund the purchase price since they represented the vehicle as a certified pre-owned vehicle despite the fact the vehicle had experienced extensive repairs that disqualified it from certification. Paragon refused my request and instead Paragon attempted to benefit from me again offering to take my vehicle as a trade-in and sell me one of their new vehicles at a price higher than the price I could have obtained from another dealer. The handling of my complaint by Paragon Honda has been unsympathetic and insensitive. More

Paragon Honda vandalized my new 2013 Honda Ridgeline If any light comes on your dash they will cut wires and claim they were animals who ate them.
