Drive Past at Least 4 Other Ford Dealers to go to Paramount I found Michael at Paramount Ford a few years ago when I was looking for a new Ford Explorer Sport. I had used TRUECAR to search for the car I wanted I found Michael at Paramount Ford a few years ago when I was looking for a new Ford Explorer Sport. I had used TRUECAR to search for the car I wanted and get quotes from surrounding dealers. I had used different locations for my search so I could get more quotes from the surrounding area. After talking to all of the dealers, Micheal got me the best deal for my trade in and for my new Ford. He was extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. I found the car I wanted on line and he secured it for me and worked up all of the paper work so all I had to do was come in and sign and go with my new SUV, It was such a pleasant, easy experience that I reached out to Michael again when I was looking for my new Ford Escape. I had done the same thing again with TRUECAR but also contacted Michael directly since I already knew he was the best last time. This time a dealer in Charlotte went and secured the car that I had inquired about to try to make sure that I would have to buy it from them. They wouldn't even give me a quote over the phone, they just said they had my car and that I needed to come down and test drive it and talk to them directly. I was so mad. I had to choose another car and see what deal everyone could get me. Again, Michael was the best! He is so responsive, professional, and honest. He earns every bit of his 5 star rating from everyone. Then a month ago we were getting my husband a new F150 truck. Micheal again gave us the best deal. He makes car buying so much more pleasant! We will always talk to Michael for any car buying we do. Best car buying experience EVER I was told by multiple dealerships that there was not way I'd be able to make a deal on a vehicle because I was too upside down with my current loan. I was told by multiple dealerships that there was not way I'd be able to make a deal on a vehicle because I was too upside down with my current loan. My coworker referred me to Michael at Paramount and I regret not calling him FIRST. During our initial phone conversation I let him know what I was looking for and my financial standing. He was super respectful and very knowledgable. The total opposite of the other salesmen I had spoke with. He called me back, in less than 30 minutes, with a DEAL! And not a deal on something that wouldn't work for my family. He actually pulled out a deal on the exact vehicle I wanted! Because he was so honest and helpful, I left work 10 minutes after getting off the phone with him and headed to the dealership. A few hours later, I was heading back to work with my NEW vehicle. I called the dealership and was connected to Jim Igims. Over the course of a few weeks, Jim patiently answered all my questions. On March 20, 2017, my wife and I drove 3 hours to the Paramount Dealership. We received a fair price for our 2010 Toyota Matrix and told Jim to write up the sales agreement. The Service Dept. agreed to put the BMW on the lift and let me continue to inspect the car. The mechanics answered any further questions I had. The shop was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional. Next, we met with Mark Robinson, sales manager. He walked us through all the administrative paper work. He was a pleasure to deal with. Jim Igims, our saleman, was a confident, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and down to earth kind of guy. Kaley Keller, Title Clerk and Alissa Martin, Customer Car Dept communicated with us through the Internet. Both ladies were instrumental in obtaining the title and registration. He then brought all paper work to my home. He is coming back today to drive me to the bank to close the deal. I don't know of another dealer that has this good of service.
