My wife, daughter and son and law planned to spend the day running down leads on Ford King Ranch trucks we had found on the internet. We had already been to Martinsville Va. (didn't like that one) next stop was Paramount Ford Hyundai Valdese. First person we saw was a salesperson, Jim Igims. Jim was extremely courteous and helpful. We went for a test drive and he also (at my request) let my son in law take the truck for a test drive also. We then raised the hood, kicked some tires and decided this was exactly what I wanted. After doing the sales dance and finally arrived at a number we both could live with, we did the deal. All the people we met at the dealership were very helpful and willing to do what it took to make me happy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new or used car. Good Folks. More
