I was driving to the dealership straight from my job in Winston-Salem, so he arranged for both cars that I wanted to test drive to be brought in from their other dealership so they would be waiting for me when I arrived, which I greatly appreciated. I had a great experience working with Michael and would highly recommend him to others. My only complaint was waiting over an hour on the finance guy, so I could sign my paperwork. The finance guy got hung up with another couple and apparently there was no other person at the dealership that could handle the financing paperwork, so that was a little frustrating having to wait an hour just to sign a few papers. I think there should always be a backup finance person on duty. However, when I finally got in to meet with the finance guy, he was very friendly and efficient and apologized for my long wait. More

I had visited another Hyundai dealership before coming back to Paramount and quickly realized that I didn't want to purchase from them. When I got to Paramount, Michael Connell introduced himself and offered to help me. We walked around the lot an discussed what options I wanted, we took a test drive, and then went inside to discuss my purchase. He promised to make it the easiest purchase possible and he was right. I am very pleased with my new car and I can foresee buying my next car from Paramount as well! More

Smooth experience from start to finish! I was in the market for a Genesis Coupe. The spec and trim I wanted was a bit hard to find and this brought me to Paramount even though I live 150 mil I was in the market for a Genesis Coupe. The spec and trim I wanted was a bit hard to find and this brought me to Paramount even though I live 150 miles away. Jim Igims in sales was fantastic over the phone and made sure that we agreed on the price and answered all my questions upfront so that all that was left to do at the dealership was to sign the papers. Mark Robinson in finance were terrific as well verifying the terms of the financing over the phone. Paramount was even able to find me a better rate than my credit union. The purchase experience at the dealership was smooth with no surprises. Signed all the paperwork with Jim and then Scott in finance. It's a pity I'm too far away to bring the car back for services! New Fusion I took my Flex in for an oil change and somehow got started talking to Michael. I told him I was wanting to find something that would be smaller and I took my Flex in for an oil change and somehow got started talking to Michael. I told him I was wanting to find something that would be smaller and would be a lower monthly payment than what was currently being paid on the Flex. He asked what I had in mind and I said a Fusion. We went out on the lot and looked at one that didn't have a bunch of "bells and whistles" but it would suit my needs perfectly and also lower my monthly payments quite a bit. By the next day everything was ready to go and I was the new owner of a beautiful Fusion we have christened "Storm." Many thanks to Michael and the team at Paramount! More
No communication Took my Genesis in for an issue on Monday. I had to call and get the status everyday until it was ready on Friday. I was given 3 estimated completion dates and they missed them all. They never called except after I inquired. One day I talked to 4 people before they could find my car order. I dont want anyone to lose a job but i think this is a training issue gor customer relations. I doubt if I'll use this dealership again. More
