Was working with several other dealers and thought I'd found the best price, but Jim emailed back asking what he needed to do to earn my business. I told him a price that I didn't think was unreasonable, but a few other unfriendly dealerships had snickered at. He asked me to give him time to see what he could do. Over a few emails and phone calls we were able to come up with an excellent value for me. We settled on a down payment and financing options for me and he had everything ready to go when I came in. He was more than kind and courteous and took excellent care of my family. Looking forward to working with him again and already looked at a few options for replacing our family car in the future.
