"Pleasant Surprise!" I came into the dealership with intentions of trading my old Elantra for a new Elantra. However, Allen Marple filled me in on the details of the Sona I came into the dealership with intentions of trading my old Elantra for a new Elantra. However, Allen Marple filled me in on the details of the Sonata Hybrid which he felt better suited my needs. I am in sales and drive quite a lot. The exterior color I wanted was not available at the dealership in Valdese but within minutes Allen had located the the car I wanted at another dealership. Now, I call that service. Well, he was definitely correct in his assumption concerning the Sonata better suiting my needs. My new Sonata Hybrid is more roomy and definitely more comfortable to drive. Due to my work schedule it was difficult to reach other over the phone at times but Michael was patient and flexible. In a few days we worked out a deal on a vehicle and I drove to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. The car was perfect, better than I had hoped it would be, Michael had all the paper work completed so I pretty much signed some documentation and was done. The folks at Paramount even loaded the car on the trailer for me. It was a great, no hassle experience. I bought a beautiful car and saved thousands, literally thousands. I’ll definitely look to them for cars in the future. More

I had a deposit on the car4 and the finance guy messed up and never added it to my downpayment if I had not caught it ... somoene would have had my $200... But they did credit my account. More

I feel my buying experience was as hassle-free as buying a vehicle can be. I feel I was treated fairly regarding my trade and I was able to purchase a truck I am very happy with. The salesman I worked with and the finance officer were very professional. This was not my first car buying experience and my wife even sent me a text during the process asking "Are you mad yet?" because that is typically what happens.
