Great Experience I usually find the car buying experience frustrating at best. I usually have no problem walking away from a dealership because of the high pressure tactics so many use. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Paramount. I feel my buying experience was as hassle-free as buying a vehicle can be. I feel I was treated fairly regarding my trade and I was able to purchase a truck I am very happy with. The salesman I worked with and the finance officer were very professional. This was not my first car buying experience and my wife even sent me a text during the process asking "Are you mad yet?" because that is typically what happens. I am glad to say I did not get mad at all. Thank you Paramount for a positive car buying experience. Keep up the good work. More

Happiest I have ever been buying a car!!! Allen Marple ..... more than a top notch car salesman in my book! I love to shop.....just not for cars. Allen was pleasant to talk to and when taking a test drive there were no 'awkward' moments. We talked as if we had known each other for a while. There was no pressure to 'selling' me on the car either. He was telling me things about the car that I did not even know to ask about. I did not want to make a quick decision so I left the dealership. Again, no pressure when I left, from Allen. When I called Allen back to inquire if the car was still available he told me it had sold. Hearing the sadness in my voice he promised he would find me another one...fully loaded with all the bells/whistles that the car I test drove had. Plus, he knew it had to have white exterior and tan leather interior. He stayed in touch, by email, throughout the time it took to locate a Fusion with all the specifics I wanted. I received a text letting me know he had found the car and it would be ready for me to come see the next day. But, I was out of town and not returning for 3 days. He assured me the car would be waiting for me. I arrived on that Monday and sure enough....he KEPTED HIS PROMISE!!!! I left the dealership with my 2012 Ford Fusion and have not questioned my decision once. Next time I catch "car fever" I will not hesitate to call Allen and let him know what I am looking for and I KNOW he will do me right.
