Happiest I have ever been buying a car!!! Allen Marple ..... more than a top notch car salesman in my book! I love to shop.....just not for cars. Allen was pleasant to talk to and when taking a test drive there were no 'awkward' moments. We talked as if we had known each other for a while. There was no pressure to 'selling' me on the car either. He was telling me things about the car that I did not even know to ask about. I did not want to make a quick decision so I left the dealership. Again, no pressure when I left, from Allen. When I called Allen back to inquire if the car was still available he told me it had sold. Hearing the sadness in my voice he promised he would find me another one...fully loaded with all the bells/whistles that the car I test drove had. Plus, he knew it had to have white exterior and tan leather interior. He stayed in touch, by email, throughout the time it took to locate a Fusion with all the specifics I wanted. I received a text letting me know he had found the car and it would be ready for me to come see the next day. But, I was out of town and not returning for 3 days. He assured me the car would be waiting for me. I arrived on that Monday and sure enough....he KEPTED HIS PROMISE!!!! I left the dealership with my 2012 Ford Fusion and have not questioned my decision once. Next time I catch "car fever" I will not hesitate to call Allen and let him know what I am looking for and I KNOW he will do me right. How I liked the dealership and sales man @ paramount Ford Travis was great salesman. He answered every question she could come up with and there were a lot! We are repeaters ;-) This is our second new vehicle purchase with Paramount since 2011. Our first vehicle had all of its service done here as well. The second vehicle purc This is our second new vehicle purchase with Paramount since 2011. Our first vehicle had all of its service done here as well. The second vehicle purchase was a unplanned surprise! We had gone in for service for new tires and alignment. While waiting, I got to talking with Allen asking about the size difference between our 2011 Edge and a 2014 Explorer (we adopted a giant breed dog who is rapidly outgrowing our Edge). Allen was awesome in bringing out a tape measurer and helping with measuring the heights inside of several vehicles. He was really thorough with answering all our questions and arranged for us to test drive the vehicle overnight because we live nearly 50 miles from the dealership. Upon returning the next day, which was Allen's day off, he took time out of his personal day to meet us at the dealership to complete the purchase with us. Allen is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, took the time to drive with us to demonstrate a few features that our Edge didn't have, was very patient and comfortable to work with.
