Paramount Ford Hyundai of Valdese was the 4th dealership I had been to in a week and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated with warmth and respect; it was also the first place where I did not f I had been to in a week and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated with warmth and respect; it was also the first place where I did not feel rushed. I came to Paramount Ford to look a one specific vehicle that I had found on the internet and while I test drove it Michael Connell (my salesman) and I chatted about what I was looking for in a car (price, features, model, etc..) as well as my reasons for looking at the car we were currently test driving. He listened to what I was looking for and volunteered to check their listings to see if there was anything else on the lot that would work for my needs. The thing that impressed me the most was that at no point did Michael try to convince me to go bigger or newer (at every other dealership I had been too, the first thing the salesman tried to do after we got back from our initial test drive was try to convince me to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle). Michael’s only concern was to find me the vehicle that best met my needs (and he succeeded). Next time I go looking for a vehicle, Paramount Ford Hyundai of Valdese will be my first and last destination, as long as they still have people like Michael Connell working for them. More

I had a Chevy Malibu that I was in love with. Unfortunately, I was struck by another driver and it was totaled. After the settlement, I was left with the task of purchasing a vehicle. I'm a young, female adult and was very worried about the buying process. I needed something affordable, because I work and go to school. After searching online I found this dealership. They had several makes and models of cars that I felt were in my price range. I looked up the reviews on this site and saw that everything was positive. I went to the dealership on a Saturday, with a list of cars that I had viewed online. Paul Faro greeted me and walked me around the lot to the vehicles that I had browsed online. He was very attentive to what I was looking for, and very honest about what price I needed to stay under to have the monthly payments I expected. He didn't try to push me toward anything new or more expensive. We went for a test drive, and he was very personable and polite. I felt like I was treated no differently for being a woman and I walked away with a great car within my budget. I could not be more happy about my experience at this dealership. Everyone was very upfront during the financing process and I was at liberty to take all the time I needed. I was able to ask any questions I wanted, and I now have a great used vehicle with low mileage for a great price! More

I was very impressed that Paul did not try to pressure me into buying a car. I am a woman and did not feel like I was being treated any differently than would have had I been a man. And many don't but there are a lot of men who don't either and woman shouldn't be treated any different. Paul wasn't pushy and I appreciate that most. I wanted to shop and make up my mind on my on.
