When I arrived at Paramount Ford in Valdese, I knew exactly what I wanted. Paul greeted me as soon as I got out of my car and led me straight to the truck I had in mind. Working with Paul was an excellent experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new F-150. I then met with Scott to close the deal and sign all necessary paperwork. Scott was extremely friendly and clearly explained the extended warranty package options. I was satisfied with my decision and thru friendly conversation, the deal was closed. I had a great experience at Paramount Ford in Valdese. I normally purchase my vehicles at CarMax, but I wanted to price a new Ford F150. There were a few issues with communication and the timeline of the purchase which resulted in an "OK" experience with the dealer. However, the quality of the car has been wonderful so far. The car was completed exactly like I wanted and it's gorgeous. The salesman, Allen, was friendly, responsive, honest, and worked to ensure every detail was accurate for the features I wanted. He wasn't pushy or untrustworthy, as some salesman can be. While I'm not loyal to any dealership, if I needed another vehicle I would happily work with Allen again. Happy driving! More

I always look forward to working with Service Advisor David Harmon. He is friendly and always outlines the work needed, including cost estimates. I keep my cars current on maintenance because I tend to keep them on the road for many years.
