This was my first visit to Paramount, but it won't be my last. The visit was a great expereince (thanks to Mr. Philbeck & your finance guy) and the deal I got made it even better. I came in on March 25th 2013 and I just wanted to see what J. Kidd could offer me on my old 2011 H. Sonata. We had spoke several times on the phone and I decided to come in on Monday. He was very thoro what J. Kidd could offer me on my old 2011 H. Sonata. We had spoke several times on the phone and I decided to come in on Monday. He was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable about the deal we were trying to reach. I'm very pleased that I purchased a new 2013 H. Sonata. J. Matt was a really great salesman monday when i stopped by there. I didnt think that i would be able to get a car because of my credit, but he was not giving up till he was able to get me in something. I woul there. Scott was very knowledgeable. Was not pushy at all. We told him what we were interested in and that was it. It was a nice. We had gone to the Hickory store a few months back and the salesman REALLY push told him what we were interested in and that was it. It was a nice. We had gone to the Hickory store a few months back and the salesman REALLY pushed us away by giving us a ridiculous price, being pushy on the lot as well as blowing up our phone. I have previously worked in car sales and it was because of people like that salesman that made me decide it was not something for me. We had almost decided to go with a completely different car because of this. However, we looked online and decided we would try your store. I believe it was a good decision on our part. Scott is a very good salesman. I will recommend anyone to him that is in the market for a vehicle. Thank you Scott. More
