I find it interesting that y'all never post the bad reviews. Sometimes, a deal is soured by the actions of all parties involved. For us, it was the condition of the car after we made the deal. And less than two weeks later, Hyundai announced that they had 'fudged' the EPA fuel estimates. Now that answered our question as to why we were getting lousy fuel economy! Unfortunately, when we approached the dealer for this issue and the condition of the car when we received it, they stopped communicating. No calls, no emails, nothing. It's like we didn't even exist! So, go ahead and buy Hyundai's and by all means, if you have the money to waste, go to this dealer. It's just a car. Twenty grand later and we have a paperweight for the driveway... So, the condition of the car? And why I gave this rating? There is an inch and a half gap at the dash where the trim meets and no way to fix. It doesn't fit. It's the most cheap looking dashboard I've ever seen. The dealer cannot fix this? because they left this blemish untouched when they were prepping the car for delivery!!. The fuel economy issue is major. There is absolutely no reason to buy a car that gets this kind of fuel economy! Hindsight is golden here. We were return customers and were treated this way so be warned. They just want your money, not your business! More

After searching for literally months my husband said he found a dealership that seemed to have the best prices on new and used Hyundai Sonata's. I had a 2008 Sonata with manual shift that he hated to drive and promised to trade for an automatic one day once he could get a good trade in on mine with affordable payments. We drove the 2 hrs from Danville,Va and took a 2013 Sonata with all the whistles and bells for a test drive but never imagined we could afford this. After the paperwork was done we found it possible to own the car of my dreams with payments we could afford. The whole experience was so wonderful and easy I actually got emotional when I realized I was going to drive this beautiful car home that night. Jonathan Kidd was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He didn't have to be pushy like other salesmen because his easy going, honest personality sold us within minutes of arriving. Allen Pruitt was so helpful with the paperwork, explaining all options we had and which were best for us. I can't express how happy we are with the experience and we will definately tell family and friends about Paramount Ford and Hyundai. A couple days later, we went to the dealership to try out the truck. They had it up front, ready for a test drive, when we arrived. We negotiated for a short time before agreeing on a price. This was a no pressure, no hassle deal - which we appreciated. Matt was very personable and had a great sense of humor. Allen Pruett prepared the paperwork in a timely manner.
