My wife and I had a good experience purchasing a used F150 from Paramount, where Michael Connell guided us through the experience. After a two hour drive from out of state, Michael met us at the door as F150 from Paramount, where Michael Connell guided us through the experience. After a two hour drive from out of state, Michael met us at the door as we drove in. He showed us the truck and very patiently and knowledgeably answered all of our questions about the truck and its features. He looked over our trade and then we went in and got to the numbers. After we decided on a price and made the deal, Mark Robinson, the business manager made all the paperwork easy and pleasant. Michael then answered more questions and personalized the truck physically and electronically to my wife. The whole team was personable and respectful throughout the process. The transaction was fair to both parties. We both highly recommend Michael and Paramount Ford. More
