David went over and beyond to help me look at used cars and listened intently to what I wanted. I tried several of the Hyundai SUV's and went to look at an Acura (which I really wanted another Acura) at another dealership. I came back to Paramount because I could get a newer used model with less miles with a warranty plus I was treated with great customer service by David Hoover. If you want a salesman who will listen and a company that will treat you well (and you hate looking for a car), go to Paramount Hyundai -- you will be amazed that there are still companies out there that actually know how to treat a customer! Great New Car Experience I requested a sale price for a Sonata 2.0t last Wednesday evening and Brandon quickly called me with the information I needed. Throughout the rest of I requested a sale price for a Sonata 2.0t last Wednesday evening and Brandon quickly called me with the information I needed. Throughout the rest of the week, Brandon and Phil were trying to give me their best price knowing that I was shopping around. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday and the car was washed and fueled. After the test ride, I knew it was the car for me and Brandon helped me with the paperwork, setting up the electronics, and even helped me set up a new insurance policy. With that said, I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from an awesome staff at Paramount Hyundai of Hickory that I have yet to shake the hands of. This is only because I've never stepped foot on their sales center. My salesman, Brent Hager, went our of his way to accommodate my needs from start to finish. He even came in on his day off to make sure everything was in place prior to my car being delivered to me here in Raleigh, NC, 3 hours away. I'm also a stickler for communication and every question and concern I had from start to finish was addressed in a timely manner to my satisfaction. I also want to thank Jeff Briggs for his involvement in taking care of a very expensive fix that wasn't found until after the papers were signed. I've been burned by dealerships in the past and this experience has restored my faith in people doing the right thing because it's simply their culture. I have family in Lenoir, NC, just a short drive away from Hickory that I visit on a regular basis. I will be making a special trip to visit this dealership and shake the hands of those who took excellent care of me before, during and after the sale. Five stars is just not enough for this team.
