Even though he had only been a dealer for about a month, he was incredibly patient, kind, and willing to do everything I asked while I explored options and learned more about the vehicles. I wasn’t quite ready to purchase that day, but he made such a positive impression on me. When I came back ready to buy, Juan helped me through the rest of the process and was equally amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, never pushy, and even pointed out flaws on vehicles so I could make the best decision for myself. He also took the time to let me compare different Santa Fe colors side by side at a sister location, which I really appreciated. Karrie in finance was wonderful as well. She explained everything clearly, went over all of my options patiently, and made the financing and paperwork process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Everyone I worked with was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. Military members are discriminated against by NOT being able to use their USAA Military Banking Draft as their form of payment. This recent policy by Paramount Car Dealership is a Huge DISSERVICE TO SERVIC able to use their USAA Military Banking Draft as their form of payment. This recent policy by Paramount Car Dealership is a Huge DISSERVICE TO SERVICE MEMBERS! Paramount car dealership is more concerned with acquiring 10 days worth of interest while waiting for the military member to transfer the loan to USAA as a ReFinance loan with USAA. I made USAA aware of this scandalous policy, It is horrible customer service to military families by refused USAA bank drafts for car purchases. More

My 2020 Hyundai Kona Electric at 35000 miles begin to have a noise coming from the drivetrain. The service department checked it out and determine something was seriously wrong. Although I believe as a second owner, technically the time of my warranty had run out, the Paramount Hyundai service techs worked with Hyundai corporate to replace the drivetrain under warranty at no cost to me. Not only was I pleased with this, they treated me well during the whole process. They are serious not just about the letter of their best manufactures' drivetrain warranty of 10year-100,000 miles but also the spirit of what they stand for. I will seriously consider buying another Hyundai and will tell this story as a recommendation to others. More
