With two other dealers stating that they couldn't touch the deal I got with Paramount, I was doubtful of the deal when I arrived. However, very soon I was comforted with the fact that everything that was stated on the phone was as it was when I arrived at the dealership. I know that my Equus will 'sell' itself. WE bought the car 12/06/2011, I asked if we could drive the car overnight, but they told me it was against their policy,i understand that, but it was raining and dark. I told John that i did not like to buy cars at night or in the rain. I asked him several times if the car was damaged in any way and he said it was perfect. I asked him if the paint was nice,and i understand it is a used car,and he said Not a scratch, still i am not talking about normal surface scratches. After i had the car for 2 days and it stopped raining i drove the car to work to show off my new ride the first thing he asked me what happened to the back lower quarter panel. then i looked on the right side and saw the same thing, and on the front, Looks like someone tried to back in and squeeze the car in a space and hit on both sides. The front also is cracked. I did sign the WE OWE YOU FORM, but would have put the damage be fixed before we purchased the car. We trusted he was being honest,i don't know ma by he didn't know either, if he didn't he should have pulled the car in the shop and we would have looked at it. We love the car its the best driving and riding car we've ever owned. Very nice car. WE just would like to have you guys fix the paint and cracked fiberglass on the front and two lower back quarter panels on the car. please respond back to us . Were in Lawndale NC. My wife and I went to Paramount looking for a used car and we were just looking at prices to start so we could shop around. We felt no pressure to buy a car right that minute like we did at other Dealersh and we were just looking at prices to start so we could shop around. We were given price quotes on several cars and Carfax reports for them also and we left to go to another dealership and after that we decide to come back that day and get a car from Paramount. We were on a very short time frame but everyone there worked hard for us so we could drive off the lot with that car that day. I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone I know, Peter Collins was a great sales person and we will definitely buy our next car from Peter Collins at Paramount. More
We never felt pressured and Oscar was very informative and anwered all our questions. He was more than willing to show us as many cars as we wanted to see, let us drive them, and look them over really we and anwered all our questions. As for price, they were able to meet the price of two other dealers, but they did not beat it, and that is why I only rated a "good" on the pric and not a "great". Overall the experience was great and they didn't play the typicall used car games that you have to fight with at other lots. More
