Well at my age there are a number of things you dread in life and you try to avoid them. Near the top of that list is shopping for a new vehicle. I didnt plan to give the SantaFe much consideration, didnt make the after hour visit and had pretty much selected a different model and mfgr, stopping by Hyundai just to clear those uneasy thoughts you have about all the choices. Adam was courteous, showed me what he had that might serve my needs and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. He made me feel comfortable and raised enough interest that I revisited the web and decided to make a second visit actually selecting a different model than I had initially tested. The purchase process was easy and I hope to enjoy the vehicle and any future visits. More
