Trent was extremely personable and attentive - I believe any shortcoming personally perceived is in his training - but I am not sure. - one thing I did not appreciate was he asked for a review to be complet any shortcoming personally perceived is in his training - but I am not sure. - one thing I did not appreciate was he asked for a review to be completed while we were both sitting - before the ink was dried - before I had taken possession or even been in the vehicle A $500 deposit was for delivery of the auto as they did not have one on the lot. That was on a Friday - the car came in on a Monday but I could not pick it up til Wednesday as I had a minor medical procedure performed. The financing details were to be worked out at that time. While they took a credit card or check for the $500 they would not accept either for the financing and had neglected to share that information previously. So I wired the monies for the bulk of the purchase. I was told it would take at least 24 hrs for verification from their side. They let me drive the vehicle home with a dealer tag. Trent spent 5 minutes or less going over a couple of the vehicle’s features - they should spend more time and I should have asked. I heard nothing on Thursday. I did charge the vehicle and sync the car play and Bluetooth without issue - however there was no sound - I could not use phone, navigation, etc at all. Those items should have been resolved and addressed before I picked up the vehicle I called the dealership on Friday and the funding had gone through - I explained the issue with sound and they said they would get it working when I came to sign the paperwork When I arrived Trent came out to hook up the Bluetooth and CarPlay and experienced the same issue. After trying a few things he gave up and told me I was to take it back to service. I told him “no” that was their job. It should have not been released with that issue. I told him to let me know when rectified. I got a ride home from a friend and sent an email explaining my frustration and stating I expected a fix by COB the following Tuesday or I would elevate the issue - I phoned Tuesday and was told it was fixed I must say - I have been able to drive the vehicle now a few road miles and absolutely love the vehicle - it is a pleasure to drive - and I am becoming more familiar with the car’s features There are some disadvantages as it has no room for a spare at all - I will however build my own- when I contacted the dealership to find what temp spare tire and wheel I would need they could not answer - they told me they would research and get back to me. They did get back to me and gave me the size. However the size given was not correct - it took me a while but I finally located the proper tire and wheel and it will be delivered the end of this week. More
