Above and Beyond My Dad and I originally stopped in to Paramount Kia to see if they could help "refinance" a vehicle that he purchased (from Paramount Kia) and now I n My Dad and I originally stopped in to Paramount Kia to see if they could help "refinance" a vehicle that he purchased (from Paramount Kia) and now I needed to buy it from him since the car is for my son. Everyone went above and beyond to help facilitate the transaction! At the time, I had a Kia Optima which I loved - bought it from a Kia dealership in Virginia. I expressed a little bit of interest in possibly trading in my 2013 for a new vehicle. I did not have any need to trade it in, but Julian went above and beyond to get the price reduced enough to where I would want to trade in my car. Julian was very patient, did not apply any pressure and was very personable. He really worked to make sure we were 100% happy! Way to go Julian! More
