Pleasantly surprised! While I have not yet visited the dealership or met Roger in person, he impressed me greatly online. I was interested in a particular Kia Soul, but I work several jobs so my time to shop in person is greatly limited. I told him specifically what I was looking for, what I was trading in, and asked that he tell me if what I wanted to do was even possible before I wasted either my time or his coming to the dealership and spending an hour or so. I was expecting the usual run-around, but instead, he gave me "just the facts," which was exactly what I needed. He was very helpful, professional and to the point, didn't try to sell me on a lease, which I know I definitely do not want, or tell me how much it would cost "per day," which I hate! Best experience I've ever had with a car salesman! Unfortunately, the numbers just wouldn't work for what I was wanting to do, but he offered to let me know if something came up in the future that might possibly work - but no high pressure sales tactics. So if you're looking for a car salesman that will be straight up with you and not pull any punches, ask for Roger! More

I am not usually one to do this but the experience i had at paramount kia in hickory led me to tell everyone i knew how good everything turned out. My wife and I had a difficult situation. negative equity in the car we were trading in, we wanted a car with more room for our son and we wanted a monthly payment as close to what we were already paying as possible. I went into the process thinking we would get showed a bunch of cars that didn't fit our needs and were too expensive. Our salesman Roger Hill asked us all about what we want in the car. for example: power windows, power doors, cruise control. I could go on forever but to keep this short Roger took all the information we gave him and found us a perfect car to fit our need. not only did Roger find us a car that fit our needs but it also had just about 50,000 less miles on it and the payments fit our budget. I was very happy to give a review for paramount kia. Good honest hard work deserves recognition.
