He greated us with such positive attitude which he projected throughout our entire visit. When we settled on our wants and needs Andy chose the vehicle for our first test drive. It turned out to be the only test drive needed. Andy listened to us and astutely provided what met our needs. Watching him through the process dealing with higher management, the previous lease company, the new lease company, the auto insurance company, pumping out that stack of paper work (all by himself) and in such a kool undisturbed manner.
