I remembered we bought my wife's equinox at curry chevy of scarsdale, so i decided to go there. Glad I did. Not only did they work with me to get me the best deal around, they were nice as can be from the salesman to the finance guy. I would recommend them 10/10 all the time if your looking for a chevy.

I have never ever, had such a smooth buying experience. Drew and Cesar worked diligently in the hours prior to my appointment to make it as easy as possible. I was literally in and out in approximately 20 mins, driving my new vehicle home. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. When I inspected the car, it looked perfect to me. There is the tiniest, microscopic chip in my windshield, which they already arranged for safelight to repair for me, at my home or office. You cannot get more convenient than that. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. My sister works at a car dealership, and she was blown away at how smooth the process of buying this vehicle was for me.

We came here after having a very awful experience at a different chevy dealer. I refused to come in person before having a deal set in place and they had absolutely no issues with this. We came to a deal over the course of a few hours and I showed up later that night to sign documents. We worked with Jorge and I truly could not have asked for a better experience when buying my first car. Everything was so simple and I felt like my time was truly appreciated. Every single person I came into contact with was so kind. I would recommend this dealership/Jorge to anyone who is looking to buy a chevy!

The car was listed at $23,994, but the out-the-door price was over $30,000. That is a massive jump. A difference of that size completely changes the value of the car and makes the deal unreasonable. Pricing like this is not transparent. I would not recommend this experience.

Never EVER get your car serviced at Advantage Chevrolet. I had my car towed there on 1/23/26. They did the diagnostic and told me I needed a new thermostat because mine was stuck in a closed position. They said my coolant reservoir was cracked and that 2 hoses had holes in them. The cost?? $2,300?!!! I said absolutely NOT but first I tried to reason with them. I knew for a fact that my reservoir was not cracked and I knew that nothing was wrong with the thermostat, it just needed coolant because ONE of the hoses was damaged. So I asked “how do you know the thermostat is broken if the hose that gives it coolant is damaged?” Why not change the hose and see if that fixes the problem? Todd said it would cost the same amount and if it didn’t fix the problem I’d end up having to pay twice. PLEASE DON’T STOP READING - it gets much worse! I told them not to touch the car. I told them I would pick up the car and just pay the diagnostic fee. When I got there to pick up my car I noticed an alert on my phone that said my oil life was 0%. (I did an oil change there on 11/13/25, full synthetic, sure it had almost been 3 months but I had only driven less than 1,000 miles) I showed the alert to one of the workers. He said “you can’t go by that, you have to look at the car”. When I turned the car on, the screen said “oil level critically low - service oil soon” I showed the guy. He said “you can’t go by that, you have to check the oil” (lol) I popped the hood and checked the oil. There wasn’t a drop of oil in my car. I went back inside to speak to Steffon. I asked him what happened to the oil. He said “with all the snow and ice, you probably hit something and cracked your oil pan”. That was impossible because my car was at Advantage Chevrolet BEFORE it ever snowed. I said someone drained that oil, PUT IT BACK! He said they have integrity they wouldn’t do that and they needed to check the car. I left the car there again. When I called back later that day I was told that I could come pick up the car, there was no leak and that they replaced the oil but STILL could not explain what happened to the oil. Before I went back I checked the Chevy app again, I noticed that I originally received the notification about the oil on 1/29/26 - 6 days after I dropped my car there and immediately after I said I didn’t want any work done. I know it was intentionally drained, probably to force me into thinking my car was in worse condition than it was. I picked up my car and took it to another mechanic who diagnosed it and said one hose was leaking and I needed their coolant service. The cost? $300!! I asked the mechanic to check the reservoir for the crack that Advantage Chevrolet lied about. I asked if the thermostat was working. He said “yes, you just needed a hose and coolant” Advantage Chevrolet is scamming people and Steffon is a liar!

Ripped me off on a service contract for 8000 dollars contract was cancellable but I month later I still have not received the money, they used to be a decent dealership not sure what happened, new management or financial troubles but from sales to service they are absolutely horrible, lease rates through the roof, service kept my car for 6 weeks and I’m still paying the loan on the 8000 they have yet to refund now I have to waste a day to go to court and get them to do what they should, avoid at all costs

Dishonest, Predatory, and Completely Unprofessional — Avoid This Dealership at All Costs I am absolutely appalled by my experience with Beck Chevrolet. I had my vehicle towed here while traveling out of state, and what unfolded was one of the most unprofessional and suspicious encounters I've ever had with a dealership. Beck Chevrolet told me my 2015 Chevy Cruze suddenly needed an $11,000 engine replacement, yet they refused to provide basic documentation such as actual compression test numbers, leak-down results, or photos to support their diagnosis. Any reputable service department knows these documents are standard — the complete lack of transparency is alarming. Then it got worse. When I attempted to pay for the diagnostic service so I could remove my vehicle from their lot, they claimed “New York law” prohibits them from accepting payment over the phone unless my credit card matches the ID physically in person. This is completely false. There is no such law, and when asked to cite the statute, they could not provide a single reference. Instead, they continued to hide behind a made-up excuse. At this point, it feels clear that Beck Chevrolet is taking advantage of customers who are from out of state and vulnerable. They made retrieving my own vehicle unnecessarily difficult, refused reasonable payment methods, and provided no proof of the work they claimed to perform. Their conduct raises serious concerns about honesty, ethics, and compliance with the New York DMV Repair Shop Act. If you value transparency, integrity, and fair treatment, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Beck Chevrolet. This dealership’s practices are predatory, misleading, and completely unacceptable. I have already filed a formal complaint with the New York DMV, and I strongly encourage others who have been mistreated to do the same.
