Car has had no A/C for 7 weeks. Dealer does nothing!! I bought a 2015 Chevy Suburban from Paramus Chevrolet. This spring the A/C did not operate. I brought it to the dealer and they have done nothing for 7 weeks. Weather here is 85+ degrees on a daily basis. No loaner car. Nothing. I have spoken to several people and even contacted the owner. NOTHING. DISCLAIMER: Because I drive everyday my meage caused it to be out of warranty. I was willing to pay the $1000 dollars to fix it but they told me it was a national problem, that there would be a recall and they would take care of it!! More
