Leased my second Colorado which was supposed to be identical with the first. When I got it home, I discovered two problems: First I discovered chipped paint on the edge of the drivers door. There wa identical with the first. When I got it home, I discovered two problems: First I discovered chipped paint on the edge of the drivers door. There was no touch up paint so I could not fix it. Secondly and more important, There is no trailer hitch and no wire harness for a trailer. The first Colorado came with a square receiver and the wire harness. There is a receiver (bolt on) for a single ball hitch that goes through the bumper but it has less capacity than a square receiver' I only needed the heavier capacity twice, but it was there when I needed it. I use my little utility trailer frequently so I NEED a hitch. Both of these problems could be rectified when I come to pick up my license plates. More

I’d like to share my experience with Paramus Chevrolet. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Colorado in May of this year. About 4 weeks ago I had some issues with front and noises and vibrations in the gas pedal and st purchased a 2018 Chevy Colorado in May of this year. About 4 weeks ago I had some issues with front and noises and vibrations in the gas pedal and steering. On September 13 I took the truck in for service and under warranty they tighten the leaf springs in the rear and change the transmission fluid which they said was causing torque converter shutter. After driving 200 plus miles as recommended by the service dept I still noticed some clunking noises and vibration in the front end. Also my radio would power off and on at random. I once again bought the vehicle in for service this past Monday and after 4 days they could not find any clunking issues however they did repair the radio. Upon picking up the vehicle there was also a “bag filled with dog crap” in my backseat. This is not a joke there was literally a plastic bag of dog crap sitting on my backseat. I have already emailed their service manager and I’m going back tomorrow to return said dog crap to them. I have never been more displeased with any customer service in my entire life. I still can’t believe that I am writing this review and that this actually happened to me. I know the photo shows the garbage in the bed of the truck but that’s only because I couldn’t bare to leave it in my backseat any longer it smelled horrible as you can imagine.
