The Worst and Rudest Chevrolet Dealership Few years ago, I gave them 5 stars but they did a bait & switch on us and we got a "broken" car with the radio not working for a full year. We went to Few years ago, I gave them 5 stars but they did a bait & switch on us and we got a "broken" car with the radio not working for a full year. We went to get it serviced 2-3 times. We finally went to a different dealership to get it fixed and they were reported to GM. Turns out, all 3 visits, they did nothing. Nothing at all !!! GM followed up with us to make sure that this dealership truly corrected it before dropping the matter. Two years later (right now), our lease is coming to an end soon. I called a few minutes ago and spoke to Mohammed and he was a total jerk. I expressed that I went to another dealership today and that I was too tired to go there today and just wanted to understand the difference between a 2019 LT and LD in a 1500 Silverado and he basically told me that he doesn't know why I called and can't help me and hung up on me. Complete jerk. Now, I'm 100% sure that I'll never just this dealership ever again. They gave us a messed up car in 2017, then reported to GM that the radio was fixed and replaced when they never did for a solid year, now 2019, I ask "Mohammed" a simple question on one of their trucks and he can't be bothered to talk to me. WE ARE EXISTING CUSTOMERS. This place is the worst. More
