Yesterday, I leased a somewhat inexpensive car; however, the service was better than what I received at the BMW, Audi or Range Rover Dealer. My sales representative was Mr. Jefferson, he was knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and eager to make sure all my needs were addressed. Due to my busy schedule, Mr. Jefferson was very accommodating, he came in on his day off to make sure my transition into my new vehicle was with ease and efficiency. The financial aspect of the transaction was completed with Mr. Dann, who was also amazing. It was the first time I ever leased a car and the transaction was almost paperless. He explained all the details clearly, and stored most of my documents on a drive that was given to me at the completion of the transaction. As I drive the car today I feel nothing but excellence and luxury due to the high quality of service that was extended to me during my visit at Paramus Chevrolet. Will I come back? Most definitely, and rest assure I am going to make sure others will follow. More
