Taking the good with the bad I inquired online about a Tahoe shown on the Paramus Chevrolet website, and was told the vehicle was in stock and available. When I arrived at the de I inquired online about a Tahoe shown on the Paramus Chevrolet website, and was told the vehicle was in stock and available. When I arrived at the dealership after work, the Tahoe and the salesperson I corresponded with were not there. Strike one. Luckily though, I got the opportunity to work with Isaiah Jefferson who was extremely helpful and took me to their off site lot where we found the Tahoe that I came to look at and where we saw another one that I bought instead. Isaiah and Courtney, both stayed late with me to work out the numbers and choose a convenient delivery date. It seemed like things were great. About a week before my temporary registration and plate were about to expire, I reached out to the dealership to find out about the status of my new registration and plates. After some unreturned emails and calls, I was told the paperwork was submitted to the DMV. Several more days go by, but no new registration in my mailbox. The day before my temporary expired, I called the DMV and they told me they never received the paperwork for my new registration. I immediately notified Paramus Chevrolet who gave me the runaround along with absurd, unacceptable advice about driving with an expired temporary. Strike two. It finally took calling the General Manager, Bill Brunner, and notifying him of the problem to eventually get things resolved and several more days to physically have my new registration in my hands. Despite never getting a satisfactory answer to why my paperwork wasn't submitted to DMV within the legally required timeframe, Bill and his assistant apologized and tried to make things right. More
