Your response is actually hysterical, considering this review caused a phonecall my my house threatening both police action and someone in your sales team "coming to my home to show me who he is" when I asked who I was speaking to. I will tell you something Rocco, I'm not afraid of either your sales team or the police. Please, if someone's coming to my house to confront me can the also bring the police they threatened as well? That and my few hundred bucks this whole thing is about and we can all put this in the past. I've never had a salesman threaten to kick my xxx in my life. I wish I could have recorded it. I will continue to tell my story to absolutely everyone who will listen, including Hyundai corporate who has given me a year free bluelink due to this mess.
