The work seems good and I wanted to leave a fully positive review. However it was stated that I paid for a car wash that wasn’t received so there is some question about the value of that service. More

Thanks for the review. Please know we never charge for a car wash/vacuum. Call our service manager, Ryan Vucinovich, at 504-456-7649 to help you understand what is on your invoice. We are in the process of moving our car wash so that's why it was not completed. We do have wash vouchers for Pelican Point if you would like us to mail one. Let me know if I can help with anything.
